Earthquake resilience
Use of our interlocking bricks allows using vertical and horizontal reinforcement bars which prevent walls from falling apart during earthquakes. The bricks are locked with each other with a unique key locking system (without requiring mortar between the bricks) which helps absorb earthquake tremors.
Green technology
Unlike conventional brick manufacturing, Eco Cell's interlocking bricks do not require firewood or coal for baking. Bricks are produced by compression using cement, stone dust (construction industrial waste), and sand, preventing depletion of fertile agricultural topsoil.
Aesthetic look / Eye-catching finishing
You can use interlocking bricks with English, Tropicana, Mediterranean, or contemporary modern style architecture. You have the freedom to choose from a variety of finishing options (e.g. exposed brick with silicone waterproofing coat, varnish, or paint).
Materials Used
Soil: The soil used for CSEB must contain high proportion of sand or sandy nature extracted from sub-soil levels, or stone dust from crushers.
Sand: Added to balance the mix if soil lacks adequate coarse grain texture.
Cement: High quality Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) is used as stabilizer.
